Technik

1-on-0 with long pass

10-14
5 mins

Description

Easy pass exercise, which is especially useful at the beginning of training.

Coaching ACCENTS

Focus on finding a technique to get moving as quickly as possible during ball reception. It's okay to use the backhand as well. Try to position your body in front of the hat so that you can move forward faster. If you're traveling with the ball, push it in front of you as if a defender is coming in behind you and trying to steal the ball.

VARIATIONS

Do the same thing from different positions. Next to the gang or closer to the middle. Closer to the gate or from the center line.

MAKE EASIER

Lower the speed of the pass. Don't be too hasty when you accept the ball.

Increase difficulty

Increase the speed of the pass. Hurry up to get ahead.
